Blueprint Vertex Academy provides instructor-led SAP ERP implementation training, corporate enablement intensives, and related educational materials in the Republic of Korea and online to registered participants.

Programs are described on this website and in pre-enrollment summaries. Optional employer-sponsored cohorts may include customized briefs subject to separate written agreements that supplement these terms where explicitly referenced.

You agree to provide accurate enrollment information, respect intellectual property restrictions on templates and recordings, and follow classroom conduct rules communicated at the start of each cohort.

You must not share access credentials for learning tenants, attempt to probe systems beyond assigned exercises, or use course materials to misrepresent affiliation with Blueprint Vertex Academy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction.

Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, courts in Seoul, Korea, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your participation in programs.

We may suspend access for conduct that jeopardizes other learners, breaches confidentiality undertakings, or violates acceptable use rules for shared systems.

You may terminate your enrollment according to the refund and cancellation policy. Certain obligations, including payment for services already rendered and confidentiality, survive termination.

Training is educational and does not constitute professional consulting, system implementation, or certification guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or a program is limited to the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, except where such limitation is prohibited for consumers under applicable law.

All materials, syllabi, lab designs, and branding remain the property of Blueprint Vertex Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning during enrollment.

You may not publicly redistribute workbooks, record sessions without written consent, or remove attribution notices from permitted downloads.

By enrolling, browsing secured learner areas, or ticking acceptance during checkout-style flows, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound.

If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to payment and conduct obligations described here.
