Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition-style fees for listed training programs and short orientation workshops published on this site, purchased directly or through approved employer purchase orders.
Custom statements of work negotiated offline may specify different refund mechanics; where silent, this policy supplements those agreements for standard catalog items only.
2. Eligibility
Consumers and business purchasers acting for small teams may cancel within the cooling-off periods described below provided materials or tenant access have not been abused.
Employer-sponsored seats may be transferred to a named colleague instead of refunded when transfer windows are open and eligibility checks succeed.
3. Contact for requests
Email team@peruse-path.digital with your enrollment reference, cohort name, and whether you seek refund, transfer, or deferral. Incomplete requests may delay processing.
We confirm receipt within two business days where possible, using the email on file unless you specify another channel in writing.
4. Timeframes
For standard programs priced above the orientation workshop tier, you may withdraw without reason within fourteen days of contract conclusion if the cohort has not yet received proprietary download packs beyond the syllabus outline.
After proprietary packs are released or seven days before the cohort start, whichever is earlier, partial refund rules apply as set in the process section.
5. Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable period, typically within fourteen business days of approval, subject to banking rails.
If payment was made via employer invoice, refunds may be credited to the employer account unless statutory consumer protections require otherwise.
6. Exceptions
Non-refundable items include third-party examination vouchers already ordered in your name, shipping of printed materials after dispatch, and fees for no-show classroom seats after the published roster lock.
Misconduct suspensions under the General Terms are not eligible for refund of unused portions except where mandatory law requires a proportional remedy.
