1. Retention
We retain enrollment records, attendance logs, and assessment artifacts for periods needed to operate programs, respond to disputes, and meet accounting and tax obligations in Korea.
Marketing preferences and optional analytics identifiers are retained separately and for shorter windows unless you renew consent.
2. Your rights
Where the Personal Information Protection Act and related regulations apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing in prescribed cases.
Requests should be emailed to the contact address below with reasonable detail so we can verify identity without excessive friction.
3. Contact
The data controller for personal information collected through this site and related enrollment flows is Blueprint Vertex Academy, reachable at team@peruse-path.digital for privacy inquiries.
We respond to substantiated requests within timelines required by applicable law, acknowledging that complex requests may require additional verification.
4. Scope
This notice covers information collected when you browse public pages, submit forms, enroll in programs, or interact with learner platforms we operate.
It does not govern independent processors your employer may appoint; their notices apply to employer-side HR systems.
5. Data collected
We collect identifiers (name, email, phone), professional context (employer, role), billing references, technical logs (IP, device type), and content you submit in forms or assignments.
Optional cookies for measurement may be declined; essential cookies remain for security and session continuity as described in the Cookie Settings page.
6. Third parties
We use infrastructure and communications providers to host sites, deliver email, and run classroom tooling under data processing terms consistent with this notice.
Those providers may access personal information solely to perform services for us and are not permitted to market to you on their own behalf using our enrollment lists.
7. Use of data
We use data to operate training, verify eligibility, improve syllabi, secure systems, and—where permitted—send operational notices about schedule changes.
We do not sell personal information. Aggregated statistics may be produced with identifiers removed to describe cohort outcomes responsibly.
